We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you ever have any trouble with your order please email us at: contactrealestateetc@gmail.com and we’ll help you out. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to respond.

Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday with the exception of USA Federal Holidays.
Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Saturday or Sunday.
Orders placed online will be uploaded for fulfillment at midnight each day. Your order (if placed before midnight) will ship within 2-3 business days and will ship via UPS Ground/Surepost or USPS service, depending on the size and weight of your order and the shipping address you’ve provided.
We do our best to get your order out of our doors and into your hands as quickly as possible. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date that requires expediting, we do apologize, but we cannot accommodate these requests at this time.
Currently we do not ship internationally.

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you love every Real Estate Etc. product, but we understand everyone's taste is a little different.

We do not accept returns. However, Real Estate Etc. gladly accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective lifestyle and apparel purchased in our online store within 14 days of the date of purchase. Promotional discount offers will be honored when exchanging size. Any free promotional items should be returned along with your order. Tags must still be intact on each product.

In order to process an exchange please email us at: contactrealestateetc@gmail.com with order number, email you used to purchase & reason for exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, and no C.O.C. deliveries will be accepted. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, such as UPS, so you can retain the tracking number for your records.

Please allow 10 business days for us to process your exchange and ship your exchanged item.
